For RMA information, returns, product issues or any other questions, please email support@steamxtreme.com or visit our support page to open a ticket. Once a ticket has been opened for your issue, you will receive an email with your ticket number. Our customer service representatives will then respond within 1 business day.
Our RMA form can be found here. Any product being returned for repair or for the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee needs to have the RMA form enclosed in the return packaging. The form must be completely filled out with a ticket number. Please email us if you have any questions.
