Simply, if you order a product from our website and you you are unhappy with the performance of the product for any reason, send it back to us within 30 days of the purchase date and we will refund you the original purchase price of the product (shipping costs will not be refunded). Please be sure to include all original parts, packaging, accessories and user manuals. Upon our acceptance of the product that is returned in the 30 day period, we will credit the credit card used for the original payment. RMA Information
To obtain RMA information to return a product, please email sales@steamxtreme.com and put 'RMA Request' in the subject line and a description of the problem(s) you are experiencing in the body. Please be sure to include the following: your name, date of purchase, and a detailed description of the problem you are experiencing. Once we have received the pertinent information, we will issue an RMA number and address for return if necessary.
If your product needs to be returned, a completed RMA return form is required. It can be downloaded here. This form MUST be completely filled out and included in every returned product for repair or refund.
